My husband and I were absolutely blown away by Mike’s DJ style. From the moment we made our entrance into the reception to the end of the evening, Mike’s music created a wonderful atmosphere of celebration. Everyone danced hard from start to finish. Our friends and family had a wonderful time and we received many compliments about our choice of DJ. Mike you were absolutely awesome, thanks again!

St. Regis Wedding

We had the opportunity to do a fantastic wedding for Katelyn and Mitch at the St. Regis on May 4, 2013. We did the DJ, lighting and chiavari chairs. We had the pleasure of working with Kimberly Bradford, Dan Douglas from Plug Video, Jim Kennedy from Jim Kennedy Photographers and Nisie from Enchanted Florist.

Balboa Bay Club Wedding

We had the pleasure of DJing and providing lighting for an amazing wedding at the Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach. It is one of our favorite locations because working with Allison and her staff make our job easy. It’s always great to work with one of my best friends, Frank Salas of Frank Salas Photography, along with Dan from Plug Video. I cannot say enough about Mike Carcano and his team! I met with him and immediately knew he was the DJ for us, because he is so friendly and truly loves music. We wanted a DJ instead of a band because we really wanted to select most of the specific songs for our reception, but we were worried about hiring someone who wouldn’t cater to our (extensive) playlist. But Mike was perfect: he is upbeat & fun but totally classy, he read the crowd to adjust the music when needed, and he played all the songs we wanted to hear. He even made us a CD our songs from the wedding! We are so grateful & happy that he and his team were a part of our big day, so definitely meet with him if you are looking for a great DJ for your wedding.

Winter Wonderland 2012

We did our biggest event of the year this past Saturday creating a Winter Wonderland at the Hyatt, Huntington Beach. We were in charge of providing every aspect of this party from the DJ, lighting, chairs, linens, centerpieces, draping, backdrop, dance floor, audio visual, and a balloon drop that had 19 $100 bills. We had a great team put this event together. We also hired the In & Out truck, which was stationed outside the hotel to have double doubles for a midnight snack. We want to thank Frank Salas for taking the photos that night. We wanted to share some before & after photos of the event.

Great Two Weekends of Weddings!

Last weekend, we had the pleasure of doing DJ, lighting, audio visual and chiavari chairs for a bride who got married at The London West Hollywood. Sara and her staff at the hotel did such an amazing job, and everything came out perfect! Here are some photos that Stefani Welsh took from that event.

On Friday, November 2nd, we did DJ and lighting at the Nixon Library. The dinner was provided by Jason’s Catering, and the entree was amazing! Here are some photos from that event.

On Saturday, November 3rd, we had the privilege of once again working with Sara at The London West Hollywood. Kim Bradford of Kimberly Bradford Events did a spectacular job of planning and executing an amazing wedding. She and her staff made sure everything ran smoothly and the bride and groom couldn’t be happier. Square Root Desings provided the gorgeous centerpieces for the ballroom that we pin spotted. Joe and Mirta from Barnet Photography were the photographers. We provided the DJ, lighting and fruitwood chiavari chairs. Here are some photos Stefani took from the event.

We used Carcano DJ for our recent wedding at the Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club and they were excellent. They were professional, they quickly responded to emails/phone calls, and were very flexible. We had a great first meeting with Mike. He spent a lot of time getting to know us during the first meeting and was therefore able to suggest Don as our DJ. Don was an excellent choice! He was professional and did a great job of keeping people on the dance floor. We were hoping for a DJ who could keep the party atmosphere alive without dominating the evening with too much microphone time. Don did a great job! We would recommend Carcano DJ and their team to everyone.
